also i wanted to get some advice from my fellow el paso mates. been looking into getting an exhaust for the truck! after hours of searching the forums reading all the threads im still not sure on what to do! for a while i was thinking going with a borla full catback but damn its almost 650! reading on the threads it seems getting just a muffler and welding on would be a good choice? and give off the same sound, what to do any advice guys? :)

If you're looking for just sound, no point in getting a full catback. If you're looking for power, no point in getting a muffler. It all depends on what you want. Even then, a full exhaust doesn't give quite as much power as most people think it does. The butt-dyno's not as accurate as people think.

    Psssh... Not even.

    x2.

I still haven't seen your truck man -- I really wanna.

Have you listened to internet videos of them? Usually there's plenty on YouTube. I'm sure there's probably a second gen thread of all the sound bites, too, somewhere. It won't sound the same as in real life, but it'll give you an idea at least.

Not really, you just have to go to bearriverconverters.com and order from there. There's a discount code for us, I just don't remember it. The guy who sells them is also a vendor here, under bear river. Just seems him a pm and I'm sure he'll tell you how to go about ordering one. For 80 bucks shipped, cant really beat it. If come hangout you can listen to my exhaust :) too many awesome! Haha!
