    yeah it kept giving me "connection to ea was lost" error so i did some research and i found out the beta was cancelled. it also ran pretty slow because the server was getting super backed up but when i did get to play it was hella fun lol

    I unfortunately wasn't all that impressed with the BF3 beta... There were some glaring issues that I hope are just beta issues. My roommate is going to pick it up when it comes out. I shall pass judgment on the final product then. If I like it, I will definitely pick it up.

    i have both BF3 and MW3 preordered and waiting for them to show up!! The beta was a lot of fun but i can't wait for them to release the real thing to see how awesome its gonna be.

    the drop the quality down a good bit for the beta to make sure everything runs smooth and than when the final release comes out it will be full quality. I know in the beta there was an issue where you would continue to move after you stop your guy and they will be fixed also. Its all part of the beta.

    Well yeah, there were like floor drop issues and shit like that too... That's beta stuff and no real concern to me. The things I didn't like are the same things I don't like about Killzone. Take one stray bullet from god only know where and you are dead, without any sort of killcam to find out where it came from. Campers delight... Also, the movement just feels sloppy, much like killzone if you've ever played that. It's like if I finally get moving, I can't stop. Maybe I am just so used to COD that anything else feels awkward. I'm not passing judgment, I just am saying that there are some nuances about the game that I can't get over yet haha

    I agree. But also none of the Battlefield games have ever had kill cams. Its just part of the game. I think they will fix all the glitches in time for the release.
