    I'm making a Double Decker Inside Out Grilled cheese. From top to bottom it is a layer of cheese that has been caramelized and crisped on the outside, Toasted Bread, Melted Cheese, Toasted Bread, Melted Cheese, Toasted Bread, and another layer of Caramelized Cheeses.
    I've always found that it's a lot easier to put butter in the pan and let it melt then put the bread in. It saves a lot of time
