TW not working... :(

    myself and a few other are having problems logging in or even getting the tw site to load...
    All we get is a message telling us to download some file...
    It tells us to download: application/x-httpd-php

    Btw, I'm posting this from my phone
    Anyone know what's up?

    I have Vista and i couldnt ask for anything better(except MAC). the only thing i hate about Vista is that it asks you too many damn questions
