    3/4" is the actual thin-lip satoshi depth.
    I have one I'm going to do at 1/2" but I think that's as short as I could go...

    That is going to be a while....
    I took a really hard look at a 2012 before I went to the BC Meet last week.
    The stock design of the 2012 is not very satoshi frendly... same as the 2011 grill...
    The issue is the way the sides are in "stock" form. There is no recess at all. In order to Satoshi one I think it is going to require a shit ton of Fab work to look correct.
    Also the 2012 appears to not "drop in" like the previous years did with that "center guide pin" that fit it into the bottom.
    I saw a 10mm screw in that spot.
    If there is someone that wants to ship me one I'd be glad to take a whack at it...:D
    Just be prepared to not have a grill on your truck for about a month!!! :laughing:
