    can't wait to make these, to bad I don't have my ice cream maker, Homemade ice cream and homemade caramel sauce would have been epic in the cookie/brownie bowl.

    so here is the attempt that my wife and i made this last weekend.

    starting with the cookie dough

    just placed in the oven... this looked really promising.

    but getting the cookie off the pan was a pain. they really stuck even though we generously coated the pan with cooking spray. 3 of the 4 actually made a usable bowl.

    this was the 4th bowl. at least they all eat the same :)
