On the right track... Or use ground up chips. Causing less of a disturbance in the force (dough).

P.S. The word "moist" may be the most disgusting word on the planet. It makes me wanna :puke:

I was thinking of filling the bowls with melted chocolate to get a good solid lining...bonus of that plan is that it would maybe plug up some of the holes too

    LOL

That's from a movie too isn't it? The mother hates the word moist so the daughter makes a point to say it all the time.....can't think of the movie though....

It will just run out I think... Self hardening chocolate on the outside to create the bowl itself maybe?

I have no idea. When I worked in Idaho last summer, we had a lot of free time to talk about everything. I told people that word crept me out and everyone pretty much agreed. We landed on a couple other weird words that I will not mention, but "moist" came out as the one most likely to give us nightmares

I dunno if the moisture content is the problem honestly. I really think that people are just using too much dough. Trying to over compensate... This excess dough is of course attached to all of the other dough and as it spreads out, pulls the other dough down with it.

I was reading directions and you're supposed to roll the dough out, cut and lay over mold, form to mold, then bake. Don't remember how thick... Thinking about using the paper cup cake liners over the muffin pan to prevent sticking to the pan

I tried the little chips and had issues rolling the dough as well. Nect time no chips.

Try an extra 1/2 stick of butter and bake at 250-275 degrees. The cookie bowl will almost be a traditional shortbread cookie.
