    30 dollars a year and you can fish and hunt your hearts desires in my state and likely yours. (not saltwater though)

    really? i thought it would be more. i dont need the hunting part, if i do that i just have it tagged under my gpa...i mean i dont do that :rolleyes: i just want to take my boat out mainly, get my little sisters out of the house too, they never do anything outside, they sit inside all day and play on the xbox and computer, it bothers me.

    You might have to register the boat. I am not sure though. If you are not going to fish you dont need the license. Your sisters can fish without a license if they are under 16.....

    well the boat has to be registered and have tags if you're using a motor of any kind, and in my state to use a gas powered motor you have to take a test as of last year. but if you have a $15 fishing licence an ya'll are just paddling away, they can all fish under your licence, no tags, no registration needed. . . though like i said, this is all NC law.

    well only my mom and i would need to get one, kids can fish for free. it doesnt have a motor right now, just lefty and righty :D i think i remember it being battery motors only, well on some lakes around here, i dunno about all, it wont have a motor till i have xtra $ which wont be for a while due to the truck and horse.
