Ok. Hatchet buried. I guess for me, after living here in CA and hearing about politics day after day after day, I have like zero tolerance for any of it period. Sorry for the rant and going off. Anyhow, In the future I'm staying away from political stuff here. No hard feelings on my part either. Back to talking about trucks!

Liberals around here drive what I'd call "earthy" cars. You know- like old Diesel powered Mercedes station wagons, Saabs, and Volvos. Most are too ignorant to realize that Ford owns Volvo and GM owns Saab.

I tell you what I can't stand is Hipsters. Not sure if hipsters have made it to the South yet, but man are they obnoxious.

Somebody should Bitch Slap that judge all the way to the border for even allowing crap like that to be heard in court.

Round the illegals up and drop em over the border from 30,000 feet without a parachute and if one manages to survive and roll back across the border hand em a green card and say welcome

hey hey easy now! not all of us come down! what is questionable is how these border jumpers can make it into the states, and then into canada, which is even worse for giving these fuckers the royal treatment.

    You think that's bad....

If someone comes to your door and claims to be homeless and just wants a place to 'stay' - DON'T LET 'EM IN!!!!

The parents of one of my husbands co-workers let a guy in their house and gave him a room and some food. Claimed he was down on his luck, etc.
The parents are in their 60's - and the guy must have been in his 30's. In the process of him staying there (he was there for a long time), he learned to be his own lawyer and found out all sorts of rules & laws in regards to Squaters rights.

    Yeah, Squatters have rights....

The guy was in their house for 10 fricken years or longer. He began acting like he owned the house and bossing the parents around, bossing neighbors around, etc.

It took them several YEARS of BS fighting this guy and 'squatters rights' - the guy just kept stringing them along. FINALLY - they got a judge that was sympathetic towards the owners of the house and told the guy to get his ass out!!

THat guy was living in their home for 10+ years eating their food, living off them and not paying them any money towards bills or nothing. I swear, If I was that age (60's) - I'd shoot the SOB and not care about going to jail.

Here is an update. Today the jury decided Mr. Barnett did not violate the illegal immigrants rights.

    http://svherald.com/articles/2009/02/17/news/breaking_news/doc499b37001aa15385278738.txt

TUCSON (AP) — A jury in Tucson has found that a southern Arizona rancher didn’t violate the civil rights of a group of illegal immigrants who claimed he detained them at gunpoint in 2004.

The federal jury also found Roger Barnett wasn’t liable on claims of battery and false imprisonment.

But the jury did find him liable Tuesday on four claims of assault and four claims of infliction of emotional distress.

The jurors ordered Barnett to pay nearly $78,000 in damages. The bulk of that is punitive.

Barnett’s lawyer said he feels good about the outcome.

Good for Mr. Barnett, although the $78k in damages sounds outrageous. These guys should have got a one way ticket back there homeland and nothing more.

EXACTLY!!! I get more amazed every day when the CRIMINALS have more rights than the victims.
