    Mine has been downloading for 6 hours... Took 5 hours to get it to stop erroring out. That's just the iPod touch, not even the iPad yet. I use it too much and I'll wait until I go to sleep to download for the iPad...

    You might want to wait until tomorrow or this weekend to do it.

    I just tried updating our Dev iPad and it was taking WAY too long so I rolled it back to our Dev version of iOS 5.

    Not sure if Apple is having technical difficulties with their update/verifications servers, or if they are simply just swamped with people updating.

    Well this kinda sucks, on my ipod the most updated version is 4.2. for OS5 maybe i have to have the itouch with the camera? the newer generation...mines the first curved one they made, i lost count of the generations
