Still raining in Maryland as well. I hope it cleans up today so I can start the ramp build for the shed.

Mark, have fun at the gun show. I'm going out with my son & DIL for some street fest thing  Don't remember exactly, but spending time with them will make whatever it is, fun.

Richard - Good of you to stop by

Tom, the rain is God's way of telling you to slow down and take it easy for a few days ;)

Ken, hope your granddaughter feels better soon. So jelly that you live close enough to be able to do that

Jim, I'm with you on the green side of the grass

    morning all

    A happy day to all.
Also raining in Chicago land, but in the 60's so no complaints.
I love this time of year, it's just what follows that bothers me. :(

SHowers again this morning. Maybe this means all of the moisture will be drained from the atmosphere and we won't have any snow. Yeah. Right.

Last day before the weekend!! Woo hoo!!!

    LOL

I am severely overweight. I still need to lose 80lbs but on the upside I have already lost 40 of the total weight I needed to lose.

I was looking for a less active stretching program and Yoga might fit the bill. My plan is to talk to the instructor today and go from there. I am normally in the gym by 07:00 in the am. Today I will get there around 08:30 so I can do my work out and be ready for the 10:30 Yoga class.

I have a feeling I will be hurting tomorrow.

The overall incentive for all of this is to be able to keep up with my 12YO son. First and foremost I am doing this for me. I just want to be able to keep up.

Tomorrow I will be captain a Stream Team and leading a stream clean up effort in my city. There are 7 other captains and we are each responsible for a stream. In the afternoon I will be taking my son and his best friend to their school's fall festival.
