That looks sweet! How difficult was it to wire it in? I'd like to do the same but I don't trust myself to hide the wires well.

Pretty easy, I will take another pic later when I get off work or tomorrow. I just disassembled the window suction unit and put it in one of the empty button spots that way I can swivel it still. I just had to dremel a small area in the button area to squeeze the connector through. Took may 15min at max.

I installed mine in my 08 in about 3 minutes. plug in the obdII, I ran mine up to the corner of the windshield, pushing the wire into the door trim. then at the bottom I zip tied the excess wire up behind the dash. extremely easy! :)

^^ What you meantioned earlier about putting the wire in the door trim sounds doable. The OP looks like he ran the wire from the port up through his dash, or the empty switch slot, to his ultraguage. I was just wondering how easy it was to do. I don't tinker a whole lot under the dash/trim/etc areas.

Please tell me that you can turn that display off. It would get old after a while when not using it.

from where he mounted his ultragauge, the obdII connection that we use, is just under the dash. from there you'd only need to find a spot to get through the dash, and the connection would be right there. if you have a look under the dash you'll see the obdII connection, and it will all look much easier.

Hmm that's a random question. I rarely use it though for the same reason. I'm 6' 5" btw.

    thats cool!

i hate to ask a dumb question but besides info on gas millage what other information does it provide?

being plugged into the OBDII i would imagine it would have access to a lot of different functions. either way this is a cool mod and i'm thinking about picking one up.

^^^Some of these are pretty cool bonuses that I didn't know about before ordering like battery voltage. I wonder if the intake air temperature is similar to outside temp since it comes from a cool intake straight from the inner wheel fender.

I just got mine yesterday and I'm really surprised that it's this small. It's literally the size of a business card. I actually like this. But the cable not disconnecting from either end is just plain stupid. They couldn't spend an extra 50 cents to install a connector to make it easier to route? I'm thinking of cutting it and adding my own.

I had plenty of cable, but where I mounted it I was like right there.
