Agreed. I might have a line on a guy with a Jeep that does that kinda stuff. He isnt totally built but he has enough he can hang but he has some good recovery gear as well.

If not then I will get some wire rope, a few snatch blocks, and a come along. All essential wheeling stuff anyways and a poor mans winch.

I dont think I can drop that kind of coin in the next month. plus, not sure if they would look good on my stock looking truck (minus the lift obviously) in my mind I would need to get front and rear armor as well.. and I still don't know if I want to do an expedition rig, LT, or leave it clean/simple..

Come to find out, the speed sensor in the back of the trans was dangling there. Hopefully that solves the problem, the speedo was going crazy the whole drive home. It was cutting me out on the freeway cause the speedo went up too 110 and cut off the fuel to the engine.

Quick solution.... Supercharger, no more speed limiter.

    I guess I'm a bro lol.

4x4 lt will go more places than a mid travel. More wheel travel. Its just wider, that's it

I need some TW live advice guys. So i did butcher jones this weekend in a 06 taco prerunner. 285s, camburg, spindles, ome rear shocks and dakar springs. I couldnt even hold a tune to my buddies 4x4. i could go way faster but the moment my wheels stopped spinning i was dug in. Really felt the limits to 2wd. maybe im being wicked rash and hasty in blowing tons of money but i feel like i need to get something ridiculous like this http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/cto/2629037616.html
what do you guys think?? my truck looks like wolverine threw up all over it. Dont get me wrong i love it, but i wanted to go up some hills you know!

Locker for the 2wd, or buy a 4x4, OR keep the 2wd put a locker in it, then go out and buy a 4x4

Yea, if you want to go up anything larger than a mole hill or do anything other than pre-run in the desert your kinda shit outta luck. Even with a locker it wont help you all that much. If you want to actually climb stuff and/or do some rock crawling you gotta ditch the 2wd.

Honestly I think its a good idea if you do that.

But I wouldn't get a jeep. Get a older toyota imo.
