Just finished with mine and holy fuck its loud.

Just seeing if you guys that are running it like it. Do you guys get complaints for being too loud? Notice any power loss from back pressure?

I like it so far. I didnt expect for it to be that LOUD! Sounds mean, low tone.

Sounds like shit IMO. I ran with no muffler for a couple days before putting on my Super 44. You'll wanna stick screw drivers in your ears on long trips, trust me.

My stock exhaust has a hole in it so I thought I'd throw on a straight till I get my flow master. It's ok for now. I think I can deal with it for a few weeks

    neglect, mostly.
yep. i just can't dig the sound OP, but it's your truck. that loud straight pipe sound only works for me on big v8's and i love it. a guy on my fire department had a chevy 2500 with the 6.0 split behind the wheels, gutted. one time i rode with him to a call cause we had already rolled enough trucks and we were just yelling at each other the whole time trying to figure out where the call was. it was hilarious. . . i grew up around straight pipes and can tell which person is going through the intersection a mile from my house by them haha.

I started my truck up after I cut the muffler off while doing the install and it sounded absolutely terrible. It only sounded decent at idle, but with any throttle at all it all went down the tubes.
