Didn't see the GB until tonight, and I thought the 10/15 was good until the 16th - oh well.

The shipping is the kicker! Really is a shame those guys fell through, and there's still interest but too little too late it seems.

Oh well, bundle us CO guys and let us know what you want to do about shipping there... I guess distribute the cost over all our invoices. Thanks.

I know BAMF is a new company, but if he keeps doing favors for everyone then it'll be that much harder to make his business bigger. Overall, this is a great product and it's already at a cheap price. I say we be happy that we got it at the GB price and not at regular price.

If you check out other GBs, vendors aren't cutting breaks on shipping because that price is out of their control. BAMF offered it out there and we all had plenty of time to reach 40, not to mention that this thread was being bumped quite frequently.

In any case, I want my damn skid so hurry up!! :D

Having once started a business, I honestly HATED dealing with friends and family who always wanted a discount on an already cheap service/product lol

Next time I'm in town I'm going to be picking up a can of primer and a couple cans of flat black. They will be sitting in my garage waiting for FedEx to arrive. Since I will be in the first batch of skids built and shipped, I will take pictures of everything and post up here to give the rest of you something to look forward to!

As someone who usually tries to find the best deal for any given product, I would have likes to see 40 buyers but guess what, there is a flip side to this equation not many realize.

If we had one more buyer for a $250 skid, the OP would have had to pay up 40x $40 (average shipping cost?) = $1600 in shipping charges.

Honestly, in my opinion he may have over-promised not realizing the downside of that promise. It happens, specially with a new business. I've done it too. Stop whining and look forward to your product being cut on quality equipment and put together by someone who has your best interest in mind.

Think about it as an investment in a small business and now that he has a new cutting environment I'm sure there will be other products that we'll benefit from faster because he didn't have to suck up $1600 in shipping charges.

Well said. I write small business accounting software for a living, so I've got a bit of perspective on what it takes for a small business to succeed. So when I saw the reduction to 225 and free shipping offer, I was a little afraid that Jerry was giving away the store with that offer.

It's still a fantastic deal, and shipping is a little pain spread 40 ways instead of a load of bricks dropped on one smiling fellow grunting "...no, it's OK..."

    :)

Thanks for all the support guy and I was prepared for the hit shipping was going to put on my profits but 39 is way better :D

And orders are still coming in even at the 25.00 higher price that is still over 100.00 cheaper then the others on the market and will always be cheaper and more protected.

Keep the orders coming in guys this small business needs to pay off all the tools I've bought in the last 90 days
