OEM fog switch alternate location

*Sorry for asking such a noob question* I've been searching for a few hours but haven't found anyone putting their fog switch in this spot.

I picked up some hella 500s and the only blank I have is above the cup holder (middle button in this pic between the cig lighter and AC outlet)



Would this fog light switch fit in that location?

I might have to wire it in with the existing fog light switch

 

Here's where I had a Piaa switch located (next to the RSCA OFF switch.) It's been mounted there since 2007 and is very secure useing 3M tape...just another option to think about.

Wow what a curve ball. I have never seen that before. I'll search for a stock part # and maybe check on the sizing of this in person. Thanks for the link!
