    So what does everybody think of this new pass rule about holding the ball all the way to the ground? I think it's totally stupid. Now I am a college fan and UGA fan all the way and pull for the Falcons, but I don't get riled up over them like I do with the Dawgs. With that said, last week against GB I think it was Roddy White that caught a ball both feet down as he took 2 or 3 steps got hit both knees on the ground then fell out of bounds and when he hit the ground then the ball popped out, incomplete. BS I say, he clearly had control of the ball and the ground can't cause a fumble. But ok rules are rules. So today I saw a Carolina guy catch a pass took several steps then a Falcon player hit him jarring the ball loose before he hit the ground and the ball went out of bounds. Ok he clearly had control of the ball but they did give him this one. Why is this different? He didn't hold it to the ground. Now I'm not saying this because the Falcons lost to GB, I didn't expect them to win, I just think it's a stupid rule. Just another reason for me to love college ball better.
