    Cheesecake throwdown which was sparked after I made a botched up cheesecake at a dinner party that a fellow TW member was in attendance. I made a ricotta cheesecake and everyone was expecting a NY style cheesecake. So my sister in law challenged me to a throwdown and lost lastnight. :confused::D

    Yeah I got a little stressed out...my type A personality came into affect. I was sweating during the judging...... that is why I have a hard time watching those reality tv shows about cooking....:rolleyes::D
