I'm in a hurry, and I was hoping I can get a fast response. I guess we'll see... anyways:

I am in the process of putting my lift on, and it came time to put in the rear brake line. The mechanic/buddy helping me noticed that when he took off the old brake line and compared it to the Extended AllPro brake line I got, the Male ends were different (the ends that attach near the axle). The AllPro brake line has a Bubble flare, while the stock line has a metric flare (terms he used). We also noticed the hole (again, don't know technical term), on the AllPro was smaller than the stock one.

I called AllPro, they told me that it is just fine... "I'm running it on my truck..." blah blah blah. Should I listen?

My buddy/mechanic refused to install it, saying he didn't think it had enough thread traction and doesn't think it is the right seating. Has anyone else run into these problems? What do you think? I can get pictures of the AllPro line, but we already hooked the stock line back up, so I can't really compare. But I think I got the point across. So, what do you guys think?

I have lines from allpro, they are crown lines, and they work fine.

Ok so this is the Male end (end that connects by the axle), of the AllPro rear brake line. The flare on the end is different that stock (stock one is flat, no bubble flare). Will it fit? If you have the AllPro one like this (hopefully) on your truck, please chime in to tell me if it works or not! Thanks!

So I was told by a couple people the Bubble flare won't work, so I'm thinking of ordering a different brake line. I was thinking of getting the wheeler's one: but it says it's only 19". How much longer than this is stock? Is it long enough for the 4.5" of lift I got in the rear with the AllPro expo packs? Help!

Why don't you just call AllPro back and confirm things? 951-658-7077, the owner is Jon.

Yes indeed... I know that Sarah is on maternity leave and Jon has his hands full at All-Pro, but he seems like the type of person who wants his customers to all be satisfied and goes out of his way to make things right. I just met him a couple weeks ago... but have read several positive reviews of All-Pro.

Yeah I was one of the positive reviews. Jon personally delivered my Expo packs and shocks to me here in Wyoming all the way from Cali on his way up here to go elk hunting last week. I know he's a cool guy, but I got kinda a lousy response from one of the sales guys (Kurt maybe?) It wasn't bad, just a little unhelpful... I just keep getting people saying "No way don't use it" and others (including allpro) saying "yeah it will work fine." Even my buddy who is a master mechanic, and all of his friends (WyoTech graduates) helping me said "No way it will leak." I'm just so confused.
