    Because they are for PRERUNNERS.

Matt has lift spindles from Solo Motorsports. Quality product, but for prerunners only. Solo makes spindles for 4x4's as well, but they do not give you any extra width or height. They are just solid as a mother fucking rock, but still OEM dimensions.

To the OP: why do you want more than 3'' of lift? For looks. If so, DB is the only way to go.

But IMO (any many would agree with me) that anything over 3'' is overkill and actually hurts you if you just want a capable truck off-road. 3'' of lift an 33'' tires and you have a very, very capable truck offroad.

OP, you're right. Clearly we have no idea what the fuck we are talking about despite all of us telling you the exact same thing.

Based on what I've read, you're just a Hawaiian bro. Get the drop bracket lift, throw in a body lift for good measure, and top the truck off with a fucking pineapple hood ornament and call it a day.

Easy guy I'm just trynna figure out some stuff no need to get all testy.

Ok so the icon extended travel coilovers with some TC UCA up front with some icon rear shocks and deaver spring. That was my original plan with the differential drop. Should I jus pursue that. I was js mapping things out for a little bit.

Actually that sounds good hanging from the rear mirror since were always stereotyped that anything with pineapples are Hawaiian. Right because pizzas with pineapples are Hawaiian and we still live in grass shacks and we all ride to work on our goats right. Yup. Ain't gotta be a dick guy.

OP. The reason lift spindles wont work for you is because they way they gain the extra height is by raising the point where the lower control arm mounts to the spindle, usually close to the center line of the hub. Since the lower control arms not mount to the spindle where the CV axle would be installed, you cannot have the CV axles. Is it possible to use lift spindles on a 4x4? Yes, but once you do, you wont have 4wd anymore

This might help you understand, in addition to Matt's picture:

    spindlefront_0f72bb7bc64f82d43f2d3e52aa38d17632562273.jpg
    spindlerear_1448e426b650200136ca82d4472746ecf53a2985.jpg

This is a stock 2nd gen spindle next to a Camburg lift spindle. I lined up the mounting points as a reference so you can see the difference
