Here is my 78! It was my DD until I got the Taco, still a solid, reliable running old rig, I love it! It belonged to my grandpa Jack and is in amazing shape. Here it is from a couple of winters ago pulling my Jeep out of the garden, this truck is a beast in snow! Have only got it stuck once.

Here it is pulling a small utility trailer that I used to use to haul my dirtbike in until I got the Tacoma

Eventually I plan to get it up in the air and on some bigger tires but for now it is gonna stay the way it is.

I don't own one, but my uncle built a 79 for my aunt. Ground up build with a pretty stout 460 in it, 35s and an awesome paint job. It's a 15 year old build now and the Colorado road salt is starting to take it back now. But it's become their wheeler now instead of just a show truck. Pretty awesome to watch a Bronco spin 35's on dry pavement like it's a Mustang or something:eek:

I do too, but they never will, there is and never will be another market for a 2 door SUV again I doubt. They are great rigs, will always keep mine since it will make the perfect doomsday vehicle.

They're easy to get around here. The Red River Army Depot is like 20 miles from six major towns, so it supports a lot of jobs. People are able to get "used" tires from there all the time. If the tires have been sitting for a year they are deemed no good and are disposed of even if they are still completely sealed by packaging... There's our tax dollars going to good use

    Well, maybe.

I wonder if they could make a smaller bronco that could compete against the Toyota FJ.
