    I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
    That would be awesome but my job is in research park and I have two dogs. Although I'm sure roxie would whip them into shape! I've considered looking at some flippable houses in south huntsville and just cutting through the arsenal for work. My dad has seen houses in his neighborhood go as low as 40k ish (average is 100-115). Not to mention if I lived near him, he's free labor since he flips houses so he can be a slum lord. The drive isn't bad that way, but i'm being picky and want to be within 20 minutes max from home so I can come home for lunch break with the dogs.

    That would be good if you started flipping like that! USDA just wouldn't let me do it! LOL!

    I think we will keep it on the 12th. I know that keeps Matt from coming, but it is the better date for me.

    My mother lives down Pleasant Grove Rd just on top of Sand Mountain. I generally get over that way on the weekends. Do you know anywhere to wheel over that way?
