Thanks! i welded it up tonight!
I made a "rookie mistake" though lol. I wasnt too conservative with my heat, where i was welding, and how long i waited between welds and the SOB warped.

So 20 minutes of hammering with a rubber mallet and trying to align holes i finally got it to mount back onto the frame. Everything is still perfectly square, just one mount warped.

Now my issue lies in the way of paint. i was originally going to hang it off this think i slapped together and paint it, but i dont think thats an option anymore due to the fact that the threads that the bolts go on cant take much more of a beating. So i might just paint it on the truck and hope for the best.

the bumper i had was build off a truck with glass so it lined up when it was on a truck with figerglass finders not stock.. check my build for how i mounted my bumper.. i made new bumper mounts on my truck since the screws were so outtta shape. go check it out. OR you get a plasma cutter and make the holes a tad bigger so it doesnt hit the threads. :D

Build an engine cage and have custom shock mounts off that. It's only $$$ :)

I agree with cory. U would be better off not relying on stock mounts for the abuse you give it

You don't need a pickle fork that's for removing ball joints but you can substitute with a BFH. Just loosen the nut then thread it back on the other way then hammer up really hard
