    I cant get a straight answer on this question...if i have a rifle in my truck does it have to be concealed? Like what if i keep it in between the seat and the center console? I know hand guns have to be concealed but i cant find anything about long guns.

    And the academy sports by my house dropped the prices of a ruger 10/22 to $189.99 :eek:

    I think rifles and/or shotguns dont have to be concealed. Thats why they make gun racks for trucks. But I would conceal it cause as soon as some dubass sees it inyour truck he'll smash and grab it.

    ours have been 189 for a while. everywhere else that ive seen are 199 and up..for the same model...

    The only shop near me with a spring compressor want $120 FUCKING DOLLARS. To mount those 5100s on the 885s. WTF

    Welcome to a lesson in supply and demand. There is a limited supply of shops with the necessary equipment, so they can charge what they want because there is not enough demand for other shops to get the equipment.

    You can either do it on your own or STFU and pay them to do it for you. The question is can you afford to screw it up and repair it on your own; or is it better/safer/faster to just pay them to do it for you?

    The real trick to working on your own vehicle is knowing what you can and can't do. Do what you can, hire out what you can't.
