whats extra in the sr5 with a trd?

    pioneer stereo, 10" rockford fosgate punchgate sub, custom box, bull bar, custom trd decals
    I have a sr5 trd off road and it has the chrome bumper and grill, and i went with my boss to look at a trd sport today and it also had the sr5 package. this truck had painted mirrors handles and grill like a sport. and Ive seen trd without the sr5 and they look the same. what did I get extra with my trd off road in the sr5 package?

    I'm not 100% sure about the 2012, but when I bought mine, all TRD's contained the SR5 trim package and then, depending on if it was a TRD Sport or TRD Off Road, added to the SR5 basic model with a bunch of goodies.

    When I was getting my truck I liked into it and the great already had everything the sr5 had so I was just wondering. I guess you have to get that to get a trd

    What year were the trucks ?

    Before 2010 all TRD models had an SR5 emblem on the tailgate , the 2010's and beyond TRD models do not .

    All TRD models have everything that an SR5 comes with , there is no such thing as a TRD without SR5
