    I stopped giving blood because the company that does it harassed me too much. Got sick of the constant phone calls and emails. They are no better then annoying telemarketers

    I just built a shed ramp and I am wondering what you use to treat wood ramps. I would like to paint it the cream color to match the shed but I know in a year it wil need to be repainted.

    I will probably just use some Thompsons water seal and put down some 3M anti slip tape.

    I wish I was a better carpenter.

    My Grandfather use to sprinkle sand in the wet paint for stairs and ramps to give traction. Worked pretty good.

    Looks good Tom!

    We don't typically treat stairs or ramps because of the traffic they see. If we do treat them, we typically use a product made for treating pressure-treated wood. The only problem is it only comes in green lol. If its cedar, I believe most people up here use thompsons.

    Most often the home owner will do the painting though so I don't have much experience with that aspect.
