    Dropping in to say that I have had my switch installed for over a year now with not so much as a hiccup.

    Also, is easily one of my most favorite mods, although it is one rarely noticed, and there in lies the beauty. A mod that is so clean and well thought out that it goes unnoticed and passes as factory.

    Finally did mine. Works great, no issues whatsoever!

    1. Definitely take your time with the tabs on the back of the module once you remove it from the dash. I noticed mine already appeared to have stress cracks from the get go on 2 of them. Luckily, I was able to do the install without breaking any tabs.

    2. For 2011, definitely reverse the wiring for the green vs green/white cables.

    Thanks again!

    Got mine installed today. Looks great! Just like the factory SHOULD HAVE DONE!

    BTW, I found a better way to solder on the power wires. If you popped this guy out you can then pull the pins of the OE connector out and solder to the base of it, then snap the pins back in. No shrink tube, no stripping wires!:

    One of you guys sent me an email, and i cannot seem to find it now.
    The question you were asking was the polarity of the wires.
    Red=+12VDC
    White=Ground

    Got everything all hooked up and working then went to put every thing back together and broke one of the pin connectors in the AC plug.

    Does anyone know if Radio Shack sells these pin connectors?
