    Anybody know who drives a black truck, I think it was an Access cab, but it had a tire carrier in the bed, saw him a while ago on base (NOB) heading to the NAS side.

    It took 30 min to get on 395 from DC because of Hockey traffic... then 95 went from 4 to 1 lane due to milling... and 295 at 64 was all F'd up due to milling... and it was pouring!!!
