Got a 2000 xtracab Prerunner.I want to mount a bull bar, but the only mounting point I see is a tow hook on passenger side.,none on driver side.Anyone here have experience with a bull bar on a 2000 Prerunner?
    Please give me the info..;)

    Look at build!
idk about the bul bar but when i had my brushgaurd on it mounted using 4 bolts (2 on each side) with the tow hook holes, but the tow hooks had to be removed. just look on each side of your skid plate and see if youi can find the holes and if you have the push bar just hold it up and see where it looks like it might go

    Yes:

Step 1. Throw bull bar in trash can.
Step 2. Drive your truck around knowing if you hit something, the bull bar will not act as a damage multiplier.

No problem,I wasn't worried about protection, just like the way they look and want a platform for lights.

    FTW

Brush guards are damage multipliers as well.

OP, if the [damage multiplier] is made for a Tacoma, it should bolt right up to where the front tow hook and loops are on the front of the frame. That's the only place I've seen them mounted.

None of these are helping the op.....

They mount where the tow hooks go but you will have to remove the tow hooks. IMO if you want to put a bull bar on your truck go for it its your truck not ours. As you can see I drive a street truck so I'm kinda an outcast on this site.

Did I not answer the question exactly how you did immediately afterwards?

Also...I like your truck, even though its not a lightly modded/armoured 4wd. It's classy and tasteful IMHO.
