    evening all

Been busy at work and I'm ignoring a certain chocolate puppy tonight. It's pouring out and I'm not walking in a down pour. If it was just a drizzle we'd have gone. :anonymous:

Hope everyone has a good evening and better day tomorrow.

morning all: did they even have the bloomsburg fair this year? lots of porsches to look at,sounds like an interesting event. sounds like someone had a good time hunting, ever make the gumbo out of squirrel? now, if only tom and I could get all our projects done! hit the river last night, got 3 small walleyes. not doing too good. figured that, because of water conditions. probablly all small males. hope to latch onto some of the big hens, + it's raining again which isn't helping. good day to make cookies when it rains:drool::drool: hi sue! I should be eating surf & turf everyday by now. you know-walleye&deer HA! just a thought. haven't even used the new boat on the river, but I'm figuring that the 1 keeper walleye cost about $2,000 a pound. I better not think about that too much!!!

YEA!!:bananadance:just saw that SS checks will be increased by 3.6%. also thought of something ealse. glad the boat wasn't $40,000. then that fish would be $20,000 a pound. feel much better now!

yea: gotta keep it simple. lumped too much together. if I would have injected the quotes to answer, and own comments, it would take up the whole page. :typing:,tried not to do that.

Temp has dropped quite a bit the last couple of hours. Rain has stopped and the wind has picked up. Quite breezy and chilly while walking the dogs

Ummmm yes, but it give me a headache :goingcrazy: ;)

Good morning. Should be overcast but no rain today. I need to build some shelves and a tire storage rack in the shed today. Then call for the final inspection. I cannot believe that the inspector wanted me to finish the shelves before he would sign off on the shed.

On a different note, since it was raining yesterday I went and saw Real Steel. Not a bad flick and the special effects were better than decent.

    Good morning all.
Weather report.......BRRRRRR! Upper 80s last week. This morning 35! I wonder what happened to Fall and Spring? We went from Winter to Summer with no spring, now it seems we finally get through with Summer and immediately need to turn on the heater. I'll have to disconnect and winterize the sprinkler system early this year.

Here's a pic of the Porsche event we went to last week....only a part of the thousands of Porsches. This was just one of the parking lots. The "special" cars were on the track going flat out!

    Dude, where's my car.jpg

Great pic, Rob! Was that taken at Laguna Seca? I spent a lot of time in the hills behing there when I was assigned to 7th ID at Fort Ord. We did our quarterly 25 mile ruck marches there.

Rain is over here until tomorrow evening - then a chance of showers and dropping temps. Still, it's not bad here for October. highs this weekend in the lower 50s and lows in the 40s.

Building a multi tier shelf in the shed is harder than it appears. I still have one horizontal shelf to cut and install.

Just screw the rails to the studs and attach supports and wire shelves :D
