Trailmaster 6" Lift Kit (POLL)

Hey guys right now ive been in the market to purchasing a 6" lift kit for my 07 tacoma. I recently found a deal on trailmaster 6" lift kits that is almost hard to refuse.

My questions is does anyone else have it on there truck on this forum and could you give me some reviews.
Also did you replace the shocks when using this kit?

Thanks guys, thats y i wanted to ask before i made Any moves.. Im really putting alot of money in this truck to promote my shop and plan on doing some good offroading. So i def want to make sure its done right.

 

If you are wanting to use your truck for offroading. I would skip the drop bracket 6" lifts.
I would do the OME lift with Dakar leafs and some aftermarket UCA. You can run 33"s with this set up and go just about anywhere.
If want to go a different route go with some coil overs in the front with some longer shocks out back. Still do the Dakar leafs. Those are one of my favorite mods.

 

get some coilovers and a new leaf pack.

 

3" lift and 35"s, 6" is gay

 

I ordered 35 tires so i want a 6"

Any setup recommendations?

I have about 2500 for suspension

Drop brackets are gay dude. Not the kind of lift i would want to promote my shop...

You're putingt a lot of money into your truck, yet, you're asking about Trail Master??

 

Not a fan of drop bracket lifts myself...but I'd go with a Pro Comp Stage 2 6" Lift if I were gonna roll one

Body lifts = poop!

You don't have to be new to these trucks to know that Trail Master is junk. All the people telling you it's lame and i'm the dick head?

thats how i would do it^ there are quite a few people on here running a 3" lift with 35's. it just requires trimming(plastic and metal) and the right wheels. if you own a shop id expect you to have the capabilities to trim and make it look good

 

A near stock height Tacoma on 35's with some clean body work would look and perform way better than the average cookie cutter 6" bracket lifted Tacoma with 35's, blingy wheels and monster stickers.

 

No prob...do you have your heart set on a 6" lift because honestly if you could save up a little bit more money maybe Long Travel would be a cool option...

 

I would love to see a stock taco on 35"s. Not being sarcastic or a douche canoe just would like to see it. I'd opt for a 3" and 35"s with fender cutting .... but then you got to buy gears... and I'm broke lol.
