Cat had its first snow fall last night!

yes sir cataloochee had its first dusking/snow of the season. In North Carolina

Getting ready for some good skiing/boarding time with the guys.
anyone else heading up that way this year?

 

We ski up at Sugar Mountain at least once a year, never been over to Cataloochee but I was psyched to hear they got snow over that way.

and yeah sugar is pretty fun too i do that maybe once a year.
i kinda like cat more, seems to have less people and the snow is normally pretty fluffy. and the run from the top is a little longer with more turns and stuff

How are the temps up there?

 

Currently? In the mornings its about 35-50 and in the middle of the day its in the 70's. This weekend the cold is suppose to hit pretty heavily supposedly.

 

I'm camping in the smokies Thursday-Monday.

 

Bring warm clothes!
