ok good because i may of had to make fun of you for getting passed by them. and ik how you fill i HATE when trucks do that. they don’t like if cars do so why do they do it. i was in the scion xb (yeah i know lol) one day and had one miss the front by like 3 feet. i got on it in that 1.5. I4 and passed him and got in front of him and gave him the finger for 2min. i would have called the police but my phone was dead and i did not have a car charger for that phone.

Ugh, stupid PA laws. At least they didn't give you shit for having non-stock flares, I believe that's a law in PA as well.

Haha, maybe in your hick town you can get away with that. Around my area you don't last long if you don't keep it up to date.

Non stock flares are ok. And I've driven in many non-hick towns. :p But I've got my tires and rims now so i need to hit Fred up and put the tires on. Then I'll be good to go.

hope he gets better!:(:D this is coming from a kid that got bit really bad by a German shepherd when i was in 3rd grade in on of my friends front yard that lived in the same neighborhood i did. had to get like 8 stitches. than after that they tried saying it was not there dog (my friends mom called and told them and they called the hospital) they walked it every day and told me i better watch out. sadly we had to sue them and we are NOT the kinda people that sue. not even when i busted my head open at my friends house when we flipped his Mule. got 6 stitches in my head by his dad.

Here it is;§ 175.80. Inspection procedure.

(6) Check fenders, hood and trunk lid and reject if one or more of the following apply: (i) A fender—front or rear—has been removed.
(ii) The fenders are not of a type and size used as original equipment.
(iii) The hood does not cover the entire motor compartment or cannot be fully closed.
(iv) The trunk lid is not present or does not close securely.
(v) The fender flares exceed 3 inches in width.

So technically they can say any fenders bigger than stock are illegal. Never heard of anyone getting in trouble for that though. You could probably argue what "size" (i.e. dimension) the law is referring to.

You know how fucked up the statute is though? Read the mud flap requirement and then watch how many stock vehicles don't even have them.
