    OK so I have had my new leaf springs for a while now and have had no complaints. When I did the install I just threw them in there (correctly :D) and that was it. Now it is squeaking like a bitch and it is about to drive me up the wall. Did I forget to put something between the leafs? Or are they just settling still?

    sure as shit didn't...could that be it? I believe there were only 2 per side? Maybe it was one...can you tell how amazing my memory is lol

    where would I be without you? and are we talking about the black circles on the AAL or the silver plates between the leafs? also what is the best grease to use?

    Bilstein 5100s, Toytec AAL, Deck plate mod, Hella 500ff's, Sportsman Camo seat covers, Total Chaos 1" diff drop, JVC stereo, Painted bumpers and grille, Custom grille insert, HID projectors, Black spray paint
    i didnt grease my AAL and it squeaks a little bit but if you take a hose or a pressure washer and spray in between the leaf springs it will stop... but will come back after a while

    On the ends of the AAL, there are black plastic pads. Grease those. If you want to pay my airfair, I can fly over, and point to them if you want. :p

    Many folks use a wite lithium grease, but I use Mobil 1, and have good results.
