Aaaaand now we won't have Kwame Gathers or Sean Williams for at least the first half of the Florida game because the SEC commish suspended em because of a couple of personal fouls from the Vandy game.

 

Gamecocks are doomed. Lattimore is out. Dont care stopped watching them. Only time Im really into football is when Carolina starts doing really good. Carolina is going down hill from here. Just like when we played Flordia st. last year lattimore got hurt they went down hill from there.

i just searched "the beast" on google and it came back "Did you mean Marcus Lattimore?"
There's no I in team. but there is one in LATTIMORE.
Im not going to let my kids be Carolina fans. I cant put them through what we have to go through every week.

These last 3 sentences i stole from my buddy. LOL they pretty good. Us Carolina fans go through stages one week we will act like the (first sentence) about Lattimore. Then when gamecocks start doing bad (look at 3rd sentence) Then when lattimore gets hurt we reference it to the (2nd sentence) and we loose.

yep i've seen this screen shot before and those are the four teams i always here mentioned as the loudest. funny how the capacities of these stadiums all have major differences in capacity but still all get to around same level. the design in the stadiums must amplify sound in the smaller stadiums. and to a lesser extent the weather conditions may affect the sound level.

I've heard about the miami game but it was before my time. i didn't start school until 08 and nobody in my family was a clemson fan until i went so i never went to a game until then. but i have a buddy who was at both this last fsu game and the miami game and he said this was louder but its hard to say definitely i'd think considering how far apart they are.

i bet the gt game was loud considering it was a night game and we were both ranked 12 & 13 i believe.

like you mention i haven't heard much from people how the BC game was that loud, but considering that was the game to make to the ACCCG i could see it being that loud. back when BC had matt ryan and was actually good. If only aaron kelley didn't drop that pass.

"It seemed pretty loud at Clemson to me. They have a pretty rabid fan base. We did not play at Florida State this year. I can tell you one thing. Blacksburg is pretty loud. I have had the opportunity through the years to play in front of probably 95,000 people in different arenas and I have never played anywhere that was louder than Blacksburg was on Thursday night. Especially when the game got tight in the second half. Our guys had a hard time hearing."

The build-up to this game was incredible. The Prices’ Fork tailgate lot was full of RV’s from Cajun Country by Wednesday. The defending SEC champions invaded Blacksburg, bringing their impassioned fan base with them. Hokie Nation answered the call, creating a raucous environment for Tiger quarterback Matt Mauck and company. The Hokies slammed the Tigers 26-8. The game helped put Lane Stadium on the map as a venue where nobody wanted to come play.

Yep, and if I was the coach of Arizona, that number 5 that got ejected, that was laughing and smiling on the sideline, he wouldn't be playing another snap for the rest of the year.

 

You tigerfans are forgetting the We Will Rock You incident at the Florida State game in 2009. Witnessing 80,000 people stomping and screaming that song at the top of their lungs was probably the coolest thing I've ever seen. We happened to be sitting behind the lower deck visitors section that game and the FSU fans didn't know what to do. They put out pom poms on every seat in the stadium that game too and it looked like the stadium was pulsing. INSANE. Watching the video gives me chills haha

We are talking about in 09 when they played it after we ran the 4th quarter right? They played it again this year and it was kinda lame in comparison.

And I'm 19 so I wasn't there for the 80's or 90's. I thought it was a pretty cool experience but I think the best game I've ever been to was the GT blowout when we rocked the solid purple still on the fence about those but that was an awesome game.

 

Florida State was 03. I was 11 but I remember going to that game too haha. Going up tonight to get ready for the game tomorrow. Our seats are in Section H and we tailgate in lot 5 behind the westzone if any of you tigerfans will be there.
