    Couldnt even cut it I just kind of shredded it! Very good, will make for good pulled pork sandwiches if there is any left tomorrow.

    I just found my new favorite cooking show. Caribbean Vibes with Chef Gavin. He is making some awesome recipes. I just found a new recipe for yellow tail that actually has a sauce using scotchbonnet.:yay: This show if chock full of :rasta: which is my style. I am loving it! Its on Cooking Channel 9:30 PM I am DVR ing the whole series.

    Oh so its just called Cooking Channel? I've never been up into channels that high but I'll have to check it out. I can probably go on my DISH account online and look up all the channels.:cool:

    Its a newer channel so you may have to request it through DISH. Good channel, a little better then food network.
