A URD MKIII would be probably more power then i need, Why not get a older model and buy a URD stage 1 and do exhaust and have a powerhouse!

taco has other great things, carry skis and bikes, low range, great off-road, love to go to moab, reliability. I just use the 0-60 in less than 7.0 as a gauge...don't burn people at stop lights or anything...just that sense that you can pass without the engine struggling....want that torquey feeling....in past experience every car that accelerates in the sub 7 sec range feels that way. Standard Tacoma has ok power but just feels like it has to take a few deep breaths before it decides to go lol....as to other sc like URD i need the factory warranty and prefer to only put factory stuff on my cars...and only buy new cars, so latest model and arrives in my hands with that new car smell and like 3 miles on the odometer lol....

appreciate it! Had foresters before so kinda looking forward to first pickup truck, hate low sedans and trying to go off-roading, skiing or mountain biking in my bmw 330 xi is a pain!

I really dont see there being much to make the S/C fit on the 2012. Its the same truck as far as I know, the engine & plug configuration is the same as the 2010/2011. The delay on the 2010 was the new ECU they went with. I know there are one or two more emmision items on the 2012 so I am sure its just a redesign of the fit kit. I would expect by April they will have the kit out. The more phone calls TRD receives with interest on it the more incentive they will have to put it out faster.

DO NOT GET A CRUMMER... I dont know what is worse, SLUMMER owners or CAN-AM Spyder drivers (I said driver, not riders because you dont ride them).

The only acceptable hummer is a Mil-spec H1.

I am a jackass, I re-read the quote.. Get one of THOSE hummers... Just not a vehicle hummer...

Post on Toyota USA's Facebook Wall and ask them about it.

It's insane how fast they respond to questions posted on there. I've asked about four and they have been extremely helpful for me.

No, you need to add NOS stickers in order to yield the same gain.
