Full custom stereo, onboard air compressor, train horns, spacer lift, 30" tires, optima yellow top, rear slider window & tailgate anti-theft mod, pop & lock, class 3 tow hitch, lights in bed, Ultra Gauge, Weather Tech mats, yellow fog lights, camper top, air lift rear airbags, rear diff breather mod, soon to be more...
Looks cool but that gun alone can surely kill more bad guys without all the fancy bolt on stuff, buy a carbine if you want a carbine. My .02

    a solution to a non-existant problem IMO

serves less than no purpose really

If you just want to shoot pistol rounds out of a rifle configuration look at a Kel-Tec Sub2K or Beretta CX4 Storm

I've had my eye on a 9mm SBR for a while, but it would probably be an MP5 clone. However, if someone came out with a great Glock conversion I would consider it simply due to the extreme reliability and wide availability of Glock 33-rnd factory mags. I'd rather have a system that ran on Glock or MP5 mags over any of the proprietary or UZI-based AR carbines.

ETA: Some of the shoulder-stock Glock systems are interesting. If you had a longslide G34 set up with the skeletonized shoulder stock, VFG and say a competition-style sight base with an Aimpoint Micro and a supply of 33-rnd mags, you'd have a super-compact and lightweight SBR that would let you get effective hits out much farther than a pistol alone.

Thanks guys for all the replies. I got to admit, it looks bad ass though and very clever. This product would be awesome to have a pistol and convert it to a rifle type to go shooting. However, I am still saving money to get a M4. Not sure yet which one I'll get, still doing my research.

I don't know about SBRs but if you're looking at an M4 you know it has to be all kinds of jury-rigged to be legal, right?

    You might check out http://www.calguns.net/

I know if I were in CA, I would have an M1A. Still need 10-round mags but you can use it in the detachable-mag configuration instead of needing to lock in the mag like you would on an M4. Add a 12 ga pump for HD and you're all set.

No, you cannot. You couldn't even own it if it had a 16'' barrel because it has a pistol grip and a detachable magazine (triggers assault weapon definition in CA law).

Saw this a a tradeshow last year. Neat concept for a security detail or the like. Would require a special permit in most states.

In all states. Falls under the National Firearms Act. Regulated like machine guns and suppressors.

I shot one of these that belonged to Spike's Tactical, but it was a FA Glock 18 though. Unless you have the FA feature I find this as useful as a AR 9mm SBR with a Glock Mag lower. Looks cool, shoots cool, but not practical in any way. And I've had the 9mm SBR project, cool range toy but not as reliable as I'd prefer it to be.
