    Hi Guys!

I just bought a 2012 new Taco 4x4 Double CAB with the TRD Sport Package. Do you know how could I be sure this truck has "VIP Security System RS3200Plus & GBS" There is a way to physically check that? Or a test to verify?
I live in Mexico and the dealer is not sure if that system comes standard from factory or should be purchased as an accesory.

    Have a nice weekend :)

I'm not 100% sure that is right. I believe it still uses that light on the radio. I've seen some models that have the glass breakage sensor "switch" that fits in the stock switch blanks to the left of the steering wheel. The "switch" has possibly some sort of microphone and a red button just above the microphone that adjusts the sensitivity. Don't quote me on this, but this is what I've understood.

    HI GUYS!

    I've found the answer, thanks!

The VIP Alarm is included. In the manual downloaded from another thread, there is a checking procedure of the glass break sensor. You have to hit the window with the tip of the key and the alarm activates.
The led is like showed in above pictures, with the small holes (the microphone)
