decided to sell my 240sx drift car and buy a tacoma. a bit more practical and ill be able to use it a bit more than my "track car"
    210140_10150211965336760_631106759_88596_a8a805cc9f12e292dfed1054fd28cc0dce10daf6.jpg

so here it is, picked it up for $3600. 2.7L, 165k on the clock, 4x4, 5spd, with a broken leaf spring.

sadly this is only picture i took of it stock when i first got it 2 weeks ago.

first step was fixing that broken spring. i decided the best thing to do was refit my whole suspension. called wheelers and got myself their 5 leaf packs with the AAL, front diff drop, new u bolts, front billie 5100s set at 2.5 and got from 3 inch lift skyjacker shocks for free from a buddy. they ride a bit rough but i ran out of money at this point and needed rear shocks.

after that install, i had another friend who had a camper cap sitting in his backyard off his old 94 yota, copped that for free too. no updated pictures yet but i will add some when its not dark out.
right now i am waiting for hids, hella 500ffs, and new headlights to arrive in the mail, after that the plan is 33s with a small wheel spacer and ill call it a day.

ive been creeping around the forum gathering info and im glad i found this place.

That's a clean S13. Sileighty front is sweet. I used to be a 240 guy as well, had a 95 zenki with a 50 trim on a built KA. Love those cars, can't beat swinging out a RWD with power like that!
