Yeah everything runs fine. There are still some minor fixes I need to do though. Figure out why my brakes are being retarded, get new upper and lower ball joints on the passenger side, replace inner boot and seal on passenger side cv, and try to fix the leak in my new "used" steeering rack... Oh and change my oil and get new tags Haha

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I designed this BPV (brake proportioning valve) bracket today for a customer and I cut one for my truck :). It will work on all lifts from 1" to 5" in 1/2 increments. It's cut out of 1/4" plate steel and It will come with 5/8th grade 8 hardware. Over kill that is what I do here at B.A.M.F :D

No need to buy the flimsy brackets from other company's when you can have a 1/4" thick B.A.M.F bracket that will work for whatever lift you do on your truck.

Thanks man it's the first part cut with the new Torchmate CNC table that worked  still some file tuning to do for the bigger parts but it's getting there.

    trouble shooting. CRAP.

no acc. when the key is in that position guess i will be looking at the ing. switch for fault. ( remote start caught it out)

lost power door locks with ing. off but when its on they work. Funny the chassis electrical says there is a 30 amp fuse? funny there isnt one under the hood or in the little fuse box on drivers side.

No the paint is drying right now I'm installing it in the morning.

The brake proportioning valve is for the rear brakes there is a bar attached to the rear axle of 1st Gens that has to be moved for the amount of lift you have.

You are using more front brakes then your rears if you move your BPV bar up 1.5" your truck would stop better.
