Has anyone ever seen a roof rack on a regular cab? I would love to but one on my truck but I'm pretty sure it would have to be custom.

It comes with brakets that attach to the roof, put the rack all together and set it on the roof (make sure its were u want it)then you need to drill 8 holes 1/2 size, the plugs/nuts are a hard rubber you insert them in the holes place rack on roof and bolt the rack down (I used silcone under each pad just to make sure it didnt leak)the rack has a 150lb limit I dont want that much wt up there anyway, will be testing it out this weekend on the Mojave trail.

Just got back from doing the Mojave trail this last weekend, roof rack worked great, picked up some wind buffing noise from it,going to make a flat piece for the front to try and quiet it down, not sure if change my fuel milage do to having so much extra crap, need to do a empty run and ck the fuel milage with the rack on.

mkay fellas well i finally went to mount my rack and ran into some issues :( i accidentally pierced the headliner in one spot(its not that bad really)!!!! and one of the fasteners broke so i need to call Yakima and get a replacement :( so i could only install half of my rack

It was a pretty easy install i started by assembling everything and getting everything centered and where i wanted it on my roof. then i started with a 1/8th drill bit and made my way one drill bit at a time up until i hit 3/8ths at this point the hole was barely too small but if i went the next drill but size up it would have been to large so i hit the hole with my dremel and a grinding bit.

I then touched up the marks with some paint, applied silicone to both sides of the fasteners attached the landing pads then the roof rack and DONE!!!!
