My brother who owns a 2000 tacoma 4x4 V6 EXCAB has the following symptoms:

    No dome light
    No power door locks
    No power to radio
No warning buzzer / key reminder

Checked fuse for dome light it was burned but when he went to put another fuse in it immediately blew again.

Possible cause was: He had accidentally left his vehicle lights on and battery died a friend assisted him with jumping the vehicle and he feels that initially the cables may have been hooked up wrong. Symtoms started immediately after.

Vehicle starts but some aceesaries are not working

Hope this is enough info to diagnose. Thanks in advance.. BAZZ

I'm not sure you can test it.
Towards the bottom where all the wires are in the white plug

Pull your radio bezel/cig lighter bezel off..and see if your cig lighter wire/clip fell off..if it did, 95% chance it's gonna be touching this metal bracketry inside their.
It's an instant short to ground.
    Seen it a few times

Besides that I couldn't help you anymore..unless I saw the truck.

Well it took six hours but we found a short in the drivers A-pillar and it was a barely noticable nick in the dome light wire. It appears the wire was pinched. As soon as we discovered it (freed it away from metal) everything worked properly. Thanks to everyone who offered advice.

I remember as a kid when people would say that as soon as you start encountering electrical problems you should look at selling it. (now I know why).. Thanks again,, BAZZ

Glad it was something simple and not that relay. Summbish is expensive.
