    it'll fit.

    pretacos are basically the same truck as a 1st Gen Tacoma.

    Whoooo nice new tires, i finally got some cross bars cut for my bed, but they stick out the sides a bit so topper option is out for me unless i get them cut again.

    yeah they really beefed up the truck.

    Awesome. you should post up some pics. I've been wanting to do something with the bed (soft top or cross bars) but i never realized that i can probably do both until you just mentioned it. Cool idea.

    The bars just need to get recut, 6inchs shorter. I bet Home depot can do it. The yakima shit is expensive. luckly i got the tracks for $65, the used control towers with the track pads (4) for $100, sks lock cores $30 shipped, and the cross bars which need to get recut and end caps for $42. My bed required at least 66 inches with about an inch sticking out. Everything new from yakima and your looken at $500 without the basket.
