Round 2: 25% off TRS projector retrofit kits

That happened with the last GD as well. The discount reverts to 15% after a certain time/number of purchases.

I should have cancelled mine under round 1 leftovers (15%) and gotten in on the 25% portion of Round 2, but it was already shipped and I did not feel like messing with the return process over $30.

 

I just got home and my kit was waiting for me at the door. Thanks Brian for putting thi group buy together.

I don't think I posted, I got my box of joy sometime last week.
So when does round 3 kickoff, my friend with another 06 wrx is jealousy of the hid awesomeness and the killer price. (he'd be more jealousy if I had some time to actually do the install and could see the result)

 

If you are really interested in getting a round 3 going we may be able to do it.

so i got sent d2s projectors/bulbs instead of mini h1's

it wouldn't suck so much but i decided to take apart a headlight before looking closely at the stuff in the box; especially the part on the outside of the box where it's marked ( D2S )

You need D2s right? It makes it essentially plug and play for a tacoma

Mini H1 is ideal for 9006 and h7

D2S is ideal for h4 and 9003

Hi Brian, I just heard about this minutes ago from Yotatech site. I am definitely interested in a #3, as have been pinging Matt w/questions recently and scratching my head on which shroud to get. Glad I heard about what you've been doing here, and will bide my time for #3 to start.

closer to being finished after today. Waiting for the side emmitting leds, 1 led/ 2 cm x 60mm strip should look decent, but may need to cut it back to 50cm depending one where the cut points are.
