Good lookin' out. Hopefully they are not actually stolen, but certainly not hard to believe they are.

maybe its a cap dealer who retrofits truck with work type caps.
    Those replaces the tailgates.
A lot of them are white...all ours at work are white.

i wasnt fully implying they were stolen, just a possibility or if anyone is missing one or has a damaged one...found some...

do they have the serial numbers on the tailgaits too? i didnt check that on my truck but a lot of the parts have the serial sticker on it with matching numbers

I dont know. Arent the 1st gens tailgates still bolted on? I know my '95 was, so I assumed that my 2011 was too!. Good thing TW showed me otherwise!!

If these are 1st gen tailgates, they may be legit.

I think one of the guys here who sells lots of 2GEN tail lights gets his this way that what made me think of it plus the fact my dept has one of those retrofit caps on our F250. Tail lights & door built in.

To me, it's LESS fishy that they're the same color. As mentioned above, I'm sure they were base model trucks converted to work trucks with caps, eazy lifts, etc..

very true, and majority work trucks are white, like i said i wasnt fully implying they were stolen...seems odd to have 3, but was also posting if they are legit and someone is in need since they do get stolen

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
In my opinion they are off work trucks. You're right you never know until you know, though.
