    Lol it is pretty intense I go to the gym over in that area all the time. Summerlin is very nice my gf lives over in that area it's a bit of a drive though working on the strip it takes me 40 minutes sometimes due to traffic

    lol, im in the same exact situation... I go to LVAC on Eastern/215 regularly. And my girl lives in summerlin, I go to her place about 3 days a week. Costing me lots of $$$ in gas. Will help once we live together for sure, plus summerlin puts me much closer to the CSN on Charleston which I go to part-time, wanting to change that to full-time once i move out there. Right now were looking at 3 bedroom 2 bath houses that are about 1600sq/ft for less then 90k... can't beat that pretty much anywhere.

    Haha I don't even think about how much I spend on gas especially after upgrading to a v8 and driving to the strip and also that same campus and also the Cheyenne campus it's sucks :/ and those are some cheap houses, do they have a big lot?

    Lot sizes are mostly between 2400-5000.. im liking the single story houses lol. Think im gonna have to wait til my truck is ready for Moab, still worried of even scratches haha, looks really fun though

    ok soo.. i realized i could get so much more if i didnt go 6" or lt!!.. im looking at arb bumper, rear locker, full compressor setup, and smitty 10k winch... that leaves me with a little less than 2k in my budget.. need armor and a lift.. i need some help with my suspension setup.. dont know where to go..

    Don't forget tires. Check out wheelersoffroad, toytec or downsouthmotorsports they're all vendors here so they can help you. So are you looking to spend $2k on a 3" lift?

    2k is a lot for a 3" lift prob not just some other goodies.. want to get coms too..maybe throw in a 1" body lift for some added height. liked the look of gregs rig!
