    You guys fucking own....I wish I had more time to cook...always seem to be on the go. Eating on the go stuff like, fruit, granola bars, pre made sammiches, raw almonds, pecans, jerky, carrots, V8 juice, or salads.

    Making a nice wintery roast tonight. A 4.25 lb round roast loaded with garlic,salt and pepper done by hand in the mortar and pestel. I am going yo do a mix of potatoes,celery,onions, carrots and parsnips finished off with some chopped cilantro and homemade gravy. Don't worry there will be pics along the way!!!
