Wow it's been a damn good night so far! A couple of us just hit that giant rock mountain; really worked our trucks good... The major water crossing has been closed off with boulders and the water has been detoured. >:-(

Turtle rock hill/turtle wash or whatever you want to call it... it wasn't hard, but it's where I acquired my new skid plate/exhaust/frame modifications.

The first two water crossings were as advertised, but apparently the 3rd and deepest is no longer as it was. The stream has been rerouted and they bulldozed a whole new crossing to the right of the original. It had maybe 8 inches of water in it, but it was a very quick cross straight across the stream. I'd imagine it'll be a little deeper in the spring, but nothing like it was before.

No Turtle hill isn't "hard" technically, just rough .. BUT !! in more than 1 spot if you turn wrong or get too heavy on the gas it'll turn your drivetrain into mush, especially CV's.....

They fuckin' bulldozed no# 3 ?? those assholes.....:(

I wish I was there. For what we spent to attend my dad's birthday party last night, we could have been having a grand old time with you all. Still worth it for him though. Just wish the timing was different. Looks like fun so far. Can't wait to see some more pics.
