Anyone else ever had a small leak that is showing water just in the top corner of your headliner? at the back of the cab?

EDIT, brain fart, didn't realize you said back of the cab.

    No

Is it above the rear window? Try pressing the rear window outward from the inside, see if you can expose a gap around the seal.... otherwise look around the water channel/gutter around teh top of your cab for rust, or any opening. It might be likely some kind of sealant is breaking down up there.

Pull your third brake light, the one at the top back of the cab, and check for sealing issues. Like moisture behind the lens or dried up sediment and such if its day and dry out.

What's underneath the two rain gutter strips? Are there holes or openings for the roof rack?

Can you produce this leak by spraying water on the outside of the truck?

Wondering if it's just condensation. Consider that if it's just noticed after sitting in the cold all night.

Thought I would suggest that since the nights are getting colder now.
